1. Do your own research first

A very important factor indeed. Architects in Delhi NCR must have local contractors to recommend to you. That’s how the industry works. This will not only cut-off your expenses, but you will get support from local vendors who are easily reachable and can help you to get discounts on the materials.
5. The taste of the Architect
Last but not the least. Every architect has their own distinct style. It is visible in their work. Discuss what you are looking for in your dream space and if it suits their style. If it’s a match, you are good to go. And if you think north and they suggest south try fixing a meeting with another one.
